pushups ....

um ... lets change that to every 5 minutes, so i can actually get something accomplished. Details details....

so i am starting this new "thing".

you see, i never go to the gym, never.

i just cant bring myself to sit a room and lift iron for an hour... seems like a wasted hour that i could spend sleeping or coding or i dont know doing something useful.

so to somehow increase my upper body strength, i am using this coolish little function on my watch, i have it set to go off every 15 minutes. and everytime it goes off i will do so many push ups.

i am on my 7th set of 15 now and i am already sick of it, but my arms are kinda feeling it so maybe it will eventually do some good. next week i will bounce up to 20. about a minute to go to set #8
